I am more than grateful for this incredible honor to join the family business as a 3rd generation ophthalmologist, where I accept the responsibility of serving my community with integrity, compassion and excellence!

The Boling Vision Center is delighted to announce that Whitney Boling, MD, has returned home to Indiana and is now seeing patients at the Elkhart and Notre Dame facilities at the Boling Vision Center. Dr. Whitney Boling is a Board Eligible Ophthalmologist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the eye, medical retina, high-tech cataract surgery, cosmetic procedures and correction of the eye. Dr Boling received his BA in Psychology and a Minor in Pre-Medicine from the University of Indianapolis in 2006. Throughout his medical training, Dr Boling was Vice President of the International Medical Fraternity Phi Delta Epsilon and was a research assistant in ophthalmology with the IU School of Medicine and the Kresge Eye Institute at Wayne State, which has led to co-authored publications in the Journal of Glaucoma as well as Clinical & Experimental Ophthalmology. Dr Boling attended medical school at the American University of Antigua, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and major of her class of medical school in 2011. Dr Boling completed the year of transitioned from her residency at Sinai Grace Hospital at Detroit Medical Center in 2013. She completed her residency in ophthalmology at Indiana University School of Medicine. During this time, she served as the liaison for the refractive surgery program until the end of her tenure in 2017.

Dr Whitney Boling returned to the area with her husband, Dr Matthew Norton, who is a hospitalist at Goshen Health. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to return home to serve the community that has encouraged her since her childhood.

Dr. Boling is proud to be a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ASCRS).
